: [PHYSICALLY HEALTHY FRIDAY] When I was a Fitness Trainer, I used to tell my Clients that This isnt ROCKET SCIENCE; it just takes DISCIPLINE. Eat properly and exercise intensely to build muscle, and the body fat will fall off. Balance out your weight lifting with your cardiovascular conditioning; dont neglect your stretching, and eat less (portion size) but eat more frequently [and make sure that everything you put in your mouth is HEALTHY - no pun]. For toning, lift lighter weights adding more repetitions; and for muscle building, lift heavier weight decreasing your repetitions. Thats an oversimplification, and there are more intrinsic concepts that a great Trainer will help you with; but thats it, in a nutshell.
