LT&R can not be enforced when it is not funded. Citizen-Controlled Taxation puts LT&R under local voter authority. Voters (thus, taxpayers) decide LT&R acceptability. We, the American People are beset with inordinate LT&R, its most insidious component being direct taxation (property confiscation). We are, in effect, indentured servants (not citizens) under State direct taxation power. “Our federal tax system is, in short, utterly impossible, utterly unjust and completely counterproductive...[it] reeks with injustice and is fundamentally un-American... it has earned a rebellion and it’s time we rebelled.” ~ Ronald Reagan America Existed Fruitfully for one hundred, thirty-seven years with no direct taxes levied on American citizens. Americas XVI Amendment permitted Congress to tax Americans directly... by confiscating part of their income (property). Today, depending on source consulted, about half of Americans pay income (direct/confiscatory) taxes at far greater taxable income percentages.
