PI2014 #480 - Constitutional Interpretation --- Libertys Threat ASK A HORSE “It is the duty of the courts to be watchful of constitutional rights against stealthy encroachment thereon.” ~ Boyd v. U.S. Friday, June 13th, 2014 Liberty Lovers, usdebtclock.org: Every American Taxpayer Now Owes The (federal) State $149,974; every citizen $55,095. “The Constitution is a written instrument. As such, its meaning does not alter.” ~ South Carolina v. United States Presidential Candidate Barack Obama was exactly right when he said America’s Constitution says what ‘government’ may not do to us, but it doesn’t say what ‘government’ must do for us. America’s Constitutions Mean what they say, not what people in authority proclaim them to mean. Nor, do they extend latitude for people with power to legislate, tax, and regulate, to introduce meaning not articulated in Constitutional wording. America’s Legislative Process Lacks a crucial step. There is no requirement to certify Constitutionality before proposed legislation becomes law. Americans risk Liberty when they allow elected officials - or courts - to pass or uphold laws not clearly shown to embody Constitutionality. “When any court violates the clean and unambiguous language of the Constitution, a fraud is perpetrated and no one is bound to obey it.” ~ State v. Sutton Risk Of Detrimental Impact of unConstitutional legislation would be minimized by passing fewer laws. Perhaps equal or greater detrimental risk avoidance would be keeping legislation at America’s lowest political subdivisions. Bad laws passed under centralized power have greater potential for harming most people. “Economic necessity cannot justify a disregard of cardinal constitutional guarantee.” ~ Riley v. Carter People Intending To Live In Liberty do not allow legislators - or other public officials within These United States of America, to interfere or impose in any way with how responsible citizens choose to use their private property. They prohibit government from undermining their fundamental power to enjoy liberty – private property possession. Stop and Think It’s your property, not “State” property.
