PIA-1/PANGASINAN: High school students from different public and private secondary schools in Dagupan comprised this years Manlingkor ya Kalangweran (Youth who will Serve). The students will act as city officials starting June 20 as part of the annual commemoration of Agew ng Dagupan (Dagupan Day). The 57 students underwent a leadership training on Wednesday to prepare them for their duties as public servants. They will elect from among themselves who will be the city officials and the rest will be appointed as department heads and heads of the different NGAs operating in Dagupan.
