PIA-10/BUKIDNON: Weather Advisory #1 For: TROPICAL STORM W/ INTERNATIONAL NAME HAGUPIT Issued@ 5:30 PM, 02 Dec. 2014 At 4:00 PM today, the Tropical Storm w/ international name HAGUPIT was estimated based on all available data at 2,265 km East of Mindanao with max. sustained winds of 75 kph near the center & gustiness of 90 kph. It is forecasted to move West Northwest at 35 kph.HAGUPIT is still too far to affect any part of the country. Once it enters the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Thursday morning, it will be named RUBY.This outlook will be updated as soon as significant changes in the weather pattern occur.
