PIA-13: The assurance made by LBP Tandag City branch manager Herbert Luna for an efficient banking service during the long holiday break, unexpectedly the banks ATMs run out of cash since Jan 1. However, asst branch manager Lani Sy vowed that by the 1st banking day on Jan 5 service is going back to normal. She explained they can do nothing about the situation that was brought about primarily by TS Seniang that hit the province on Dec 29, 2014.
