PIE Crust ¾ Cup + 2 Tablespoons Crisco ¼ Cup Boiling Water 1 Tablespoon Milk 2 ¼ Cups Flour 1 teaspoon salt Beat Crisco, Milk and Water with fork until smooth and thick. Sift Flour + Salt onto mixture. Stir with round-the-bowl strokes until dough clings together. Divide into 2 balls. Roll out until 1/8” thick. Fold top crust under bottom crust. Seal with fluting. ProTIP: Roll out the crust between sheets of wax paper. Without this, life is more difficult.
