PIE-R Announces AK Evo / ATC Group tuning Special PIE-R utilizes a scientific approach to engine tuning, using methodology and approach developed over 6+ years tuning hundreds of high performance cars. PIE-R’s Owner and Lead tuner, Nathan Lovel, has completed EFI University training programs as well as other vocational training seminars focused on high performance EFI tuning. PIE-R uses experience and the knowledge of engine dynamics to completely optimize your engines performance. The vehicles we tune have taken home trophies, won races, and demonstrate excellent performance and reliability, over many years. Unlike other tuners that only focus on the 20% of your engine mapping at WOT, PIE-R tunes every area of your engines mapping to optimize drivability, transient response, and daily driving performance. On wild setups that would naturally be difficult to manage on the street, PIE-R tunes are praised for excellent throttle charistics and improved driver control at the limit. PIE-R works with many different vehicle platforms, with experience in factory-ECU reflashing, 3rd party reflash devices, and Standalone ECU calibration. PIE-R is highly experienced in working with the Mitsubishi Evolution platform, having tuned a variety of modified evos, Sleeved block GT35r, many different types of cams, methanol injection, race fuel, and every possible combination of bolt-ons... there is virtually nothing we havent seen or tuned before. Standard tuning rates are $280 per session, guaranteeing a complete tune for any combination of parts you may have. This session cost INCLUDES Injector scaling, MAF calibration, aftermarket boost control solenoid tuning, Lambda tuning with NTK lab grade wideband equipment, etc. There are no extra charges for your combination of parts. Factory-ECU Speed-density tunes are much more time consuming than MAF tunes, the cost of a SD converted session is $460. The Group Pricing for SD will reflect the % of discount on $280 mapping. Additional maps (race fuel, etc) are only $80. Once your vehicle has been tuned at PIE-R, any retuning that we perform in the future from added peripheral parts (say you added intercooler piping and a different intake) is only $80. Any major internal modifications such as cams, built engine with changed compression ratios, ported head, etc. require complete-retuning in most cases and the full $280 per-session price would apply. The pricing for this special is as follows: I will be scheduling tuning sessions for the date ranges of 4-28-2014 to 9-1-2014. The signup period to get on this schedule will end on Saturday, May 3rd. a 20% deposit per scheduled session is required to lock in your date, and due by midnight on Saturday, May 3rd 2014. 1-3 cars scheduled: $280 per car 4 cars scheduled: $256 per car 5-7 cars scheduled: $224 per car 8-10 cars scheduled: $200 per car 10+ cars scheduled, $200 per car and one $500 parts credit will be awarded randomly to an evo owner that signed up for the special.
