PINDANG IKAN FISH SOUP ( Milk Fish or Salmon ) ◾2 Fish cut ◾4 Shallot Cut thin ◾3 Garlic Cut small ◾2 cm Turmeric ground .... or you can use 1/4 tap Turmeric Powder ◾1 stick Lemon Grass ◾1 Bay leave ◾1,5 cm Galangga ◾500 ml water ◾5 tbsp vegetable Oil ◾1 tsp salt ◾1/4 tsp sugar ◾1/4 tap pepper ◾1/2 tsp vinegar ◾1 big Red Big Chilly cut small2 for garnish Fry all the seasoning and add it in pan then add water and fish cook for 15b min till fish soft Add also tomato and chilly fresh to the soup before serving Enjoy
