PINEAPPLE CAKE ingredients 350g self-raising flour 2 oranges (juice) Filtered Water 250 ml 1 tsp orange zest tea 150g demerara sugar 100ml sunflower oil 1 tsp of baking powder sugar syrup (not too thin) 5 slices of pineapple average round shape preparation To melt the sugar syrup and add water place, cook for a few minutes and set aside. Beat all ingredients for the batter except the pineapple. A round shape put the already cold syrup, swing the pineapple slices and pour batter. Bake for about 35 minutes until golden brown on top, remove from oven and let cool, just turn the cake when cold. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ BOLO DE ABACAXI Ingredientes 350 gr farinha com fermento 2 laranjas (suco) 250 ml água filtrada 1 colh chá raspas de laranja 150 gr açúcar demerara 100 ml óleo de girassol 1 colh de chá de fermento em pó calda de açúcar ( não muito rala) 5 rodelas de abacaxi forma redonda média Preparo Para a calda derreta o açúcar e coloque adicione água, deixe cozinhar por alguns minutos e reserve. Bata todos os ingredientes para a massa menos o abacaxi. Numa forma redonda coloque a calda já fria, ajeite as rodelas de abacaxi e despeje a massa. Leve ao forno por uns 35 minutos até que fique dourado em cima, retire do forno e deixe esfriar, somente vire o bolo quando estiver frio.
