PIPELINE APPROVED The 42 pipeline proposed by the Company that would run from Lightburn to North Carolina has been approved. Construction is set to begin in 2016 and be completed in 2018. The pipeline will cover 3 states WV, VA, and NC and will consist of 600 miles of 42 and 36 pipeline and 3 compressor stations. The Company contacted the Unions leadership and conveyed the fact Dominion would be the operator and would create potentially 30 or more Union/Local 69 jobs. We will be discussing the jobs and potential Bidding Units with the Company in the near future and will keep the membership updated with any progress. This news is very good news for both the Union and the Company as it will provide Union jobs and growth for the Company. Thanks
