PIPELINE SUPERVISOR Atyrau O&G Requirements: -Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering -8 years of experience in onshore and offshore Oil & Gas project detailed design -Experience in operating in all mechanical aspects of onshore/offshore plant pipelines -Experience in design & operations of high H2S content facilities Responsibilities: -Assimilate knowledge of the current leases and obligations of both office and residential and provide accurate picture of ‘as is’ status -Offer options to senior leadership team to manage ongoing commercial activities to arrive at the best office & residential real estate solutions to satisfy short and longer term venture business objectives -Complete office & accommodations assessments in terms of services currently provided to personnel by the various entities highlighting key differences -Coordinate with other Corporate Services and HR departments to develop detailed plans to implement revised policies and practices over time -Recommend any ‘grandfather’ provisions for affected personnel to transition and develop a detailed exception processes according to Company’s harmonized delegation of Authority (DoA) guidelines -Work with Internal communications to develop communications plan to affected personnel -Coordinate with Business Line and Support Function Directorates to manage issues that arise during near term implementation of changes to existing office and accommodation arrangements Please send you CV to [email protected], info@career-holdingskz, or [email protected]
