PIT BULLS: I go to a friend’s house I haven’t seen years. On the fence it warned PIT BULL on guard. Needless to say, I was not going to enter the yard. My friend came out to greet me. I said hey man get your dog and tie him up or something, he replied “Why”! That’s Pete remember you kept him for two weeks while I was on vacation. I replied not a PIT BULL! I would never dog sit a Pit Bull. My friend goes into his living room, pulls out a photo of the Pit Bull sitting on my lap licking my face. I was surprised. My brother Jonathan and I got into a discussion about how mean Pit Bulls are, and I told him I would never own a PIT BULL. He continues to tell me that they are great dogs. Then he asked do you remember the particular dog he had about 10 years ago. I responded that was a PIT BULL? I didn’t know what a Pit Bull was. Over the years Pit Bulls have gotten bad reputations. I have since run across many Pit Bulls and 9 out of 10 are great animals. All Pit Pulls are not bad dogs. However, what I have learned is the owners of mean Pit Bulls are most likely not worthy to own any animal. Some owners of Pit Bulls are classless humans. They create mean vicious dogs. The Dog has the same nasty disposition of the owner.
