PIZZA CONTEST! and a word or two...on what were up to these days... Behind the scenes were hard at work finding ways to improve the quality of our food. Lots of research before the results of what weve learned--youve seen some of our personal solutions to our food source issues with these early steps in sourcing our produce locally and growing some of our own herbs & veggies. You may have missed our switch last summer from the hot wings that used to come in to us fully-cooked to the fresh preservative-free jumbo wings we bake in house now, but we know you noticed all the small batch whiskeys and herbal liqueurs weve flaunted. Weve always had some limitations--time, resources, knowledge--but we always have a bit of an agenda of how to further improve the quality of food we offer to our guests. All in due time--this is still PIZZA folks, and commercial food operation has standardized that quality be undercut for affordability and convenience. Were putting in the work to fix this at our little shop, and when answers arent there were making our own. Were seeking a realistic approach to healthier food sources, so no we wont be going all hipster-forager on you folks, but as we start to plan our spring menu, we are delving deep into the worlds of our legit food concerns...
