PK Question: Via Barrett Oden Have any of you modified your PKGrill by removing the side tray and adding a larger work area? I am planning on adding a 20x15 Boos cutting board by removing the side tray and attaching the cutting board to the tubing with spring clips. Weight wise, the grill is heavy enough to counterbalance the additional weight and by using the spring clips the cutting board will be removable. Just wondering if anyone else has done something similar, and wiling to share pictures. I do not plan on using the area for heavy chopping, just want a side tray with a little more real estate.
