PLANNING TECHNICIAN The City of Fruita is accepting applications for a full-time Planning Technician to join our knowledgeable Community Development team. Position is responsible for assisting customers will all aspects of planning and development, detailed record keeping, prepared project files and information packets, attends Planning Commission meetings, records and transcribes official minutes. Applicants must have excellent customer service and clerical skills, a High School diploma or equivalent, and two years experience in a job related position. Must have a valid Colorado drivers license. Hourly rate starts at $17.00 depending on qualifications. The City of Fruita offers an excellent benefit package.
