PLEASE BE ADVISED: Monthly Rental Payment Methods: The SNHB kindly notifies its valued tenants about new arrangements for payment of monthly rentals, which will come into effect on the 1st August, 2013. 1. Payments at SNHB Revenue Offices The SNHB has two (2) revenue offices (Mbabane and Matsapha) through which tenants can pay their monthly rental. Operating hours are 8am – 12 noon, 1pm – 4pm Monday to Friday and tenants can use either of these revenue offices. 2. Electronic Payments Tenants are also encouraged to use the electronic payment methods i.e. internet, cell phone or ATM and forward proof of payment to [email protected]. Kindly ensure that you put your debtor account number e.g. 4070/D-07-004 as the recipient reference. 3. Direct Bank Deposits Due to a scheduled increase in cash deposit fees levied by the banks, tenants who wish to deposit cash direct into our FNB account should with effect from 1st August, 2013, include a E22 bank charge with their deposit. In the event the bank charge is not included in the payment, the SNHB will deduct the E22 from the rental payment. Payment by cheque needs prior approval and dishonoured cheques attract a charge of E150.
