PLEASE DO NOT HALF-ASS YOUR EXPERIENCE OF LIFE! Do I show up -- really show up -- for each situation I encounter? Probably not each and every moment, but when I do show up and bring ALL aspects of my messy beautiful self to what is presenting, THAT is where the magic happens. When Im not happy with how my experiences are unfolding or how I am reacting to them, instead of disconnecting and retreating into my interior world which is SO easy for me to do, if I bring full attention to what is happening or trying to happen, a hallway of doors to possibility appears and from here frustrations can dissolve, small selfish concerns can disperse, I can honor perspectives outside of my own and NEW GREAT stuff can show up to greet me. These are the things Im pondering this morning. Do you show up? Are there places you could show up more and half-ass less? #ponderings #timeforyou
