I received a couple denial letters from potential publishers- one advised it was too large and suggested I divide it in half and make two books. And at the time that offended me, so I gave up. (I know- STUPID...) The project is tentatively titled: THIRTEEN CHILLY SUMMERS: a Cooks Alaskan Adventure I like and will use the first part- but unsure/unsettled about the 2nd part. Almost want to work journal into the title, as thats the form many of the recipes/essays take.
