PLEASE HELP ME - I DIE ON MONDAY, 12/02/13, UNLESS SOMEONE LIKE YOU STEPS UP FOR ME AND SAVES MY DEAR LIFE! PLEASE READ THE NICE THINGS THEY HAVE TO SAY ABOUT ME AT THE SHELTER: Studda is just gorgeous, a long and leggy teen with the charming manners of a grown-up gentleman. Hes a regal-looking guy and his good behavior suggests he was a pet not too long ago, yet somehow he ended up as a stray; collar-less, underfed and with fur scratched thin in places due to a (now eradicated) flea infestation. All Studda needs is a little time and a lot of love from his new family and his bright eyes and sunshine-y coat will soon return to their dazzling best. He appears to be very much house trained - not only did he pee a river as soon as we got outside, he pooped a mountain too! Easy to walk, friendly with dogs and humans alike and very calm, an outing with Studda is a thing to be savored. He can be a wee bit shy when meeting new pals and despite his much larger size, seemed almost timid when approaching a scruffy little dog in the yard, his tail tentatively wagging in greeting. When I pull out a ball he seems thrilled but isnt interested in chasing it, preferring instead to give the entire pen a good sniffing-over before returning to my side so I can dress him in a bandanna for our photo shoot. When its time to go back in his kennel Studda enters without complaint but once he realizes our time together is truly over, he turns to stand smooshed up against the door, eyes pleading for just a few more minutes of friendship and freedom. Studda is one of the good guys, even-tempered yet lively and already so well-trained. Hes eager to go to his new forever home, a place of love where hunger and neglect fade to distant memories and he can shine like the star he was always meant to be. Studda is counting on us for help, lets not make him wait another day.
