PLEASE HELP. NEED RESCUERS TO HELP CATCH AN ABANDONED, FROZEN DOG in Detroit at 5 mile & Brammel. He is terrified and he wont let you get close enough to slip a leash over his head, and I need serious help to go get him this poor dog is so cold hes almost having seizures from shaking so badly. We were out there for hours and no luck getting him, so I made him a little shelter I have a box and a comforter I had my jeep, and Im going back in the morning to work at it until I catch him cause Im not giving up. Please, please help me if you possibly can!!!!!!!!
