PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP, I know i get Lots of good reviews on Facebook, On the Knot and Weddingwire. I had a certain client this year who worked for a judge, and during the process wanted to use her position to influence my contract policy, by demanding i return her NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and was willing to take me to court to do so, because she decided to use another photographer Most people know that i have a very small Deposit, unlike most businesses because i want to make sure when, and if people do cancel their weddings, they do not end up being in much of a financial hole. Even against the advice of several other business professionals who have advised me to raise my deposit, i have refused because im more motivated by the philosophy of taking care of my clients, or would be clients who may cancel for whatever reason, than cashing in on someones demise. Many times this business practice puts me in hole, but like i have said several times, I love what i do, Im passionate about Skytouch_e_Photos the income i get is secondary. Anyone that knows me and is close to me knows that this is an undeniable fact about the way i run my business. This client has left a review on my main business page, Its apparently the only review on my google page and it makes me look horrible. Nothing she said was true, she threatened to sue me for a $275 deposit but my lawyer, shut it down and told her she had absolutely no case! (Thanks Tasha!) Please if you have been my client now or in the past and you know that i have been there for you as a friend, a photographer, and a guide through your wedding process.
