PLEASE LIKE & SHARE: They keep killing, so we keep marching It is with heavy heart that we write this message regarding the massacres ongoing in Gaza. This time last week we wrote that Israel has killed over 220 people. In seven days that figure has risen to over 700 and still counting, over 80% of them civilians including 170 children. This is horror on an unimaginable level, not only for the dead, but for the maimed, the traumatised, and for the society that will survive this slaughter. Unfortunately, the Irish government has been very disappointing (to put it diplomatically) on this issue, and the EU is washing its hands of the affair, which is, in effect, a green light for Israel to keep on killing. So, once again, the Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign, supported by many other great organisations, has called another emergency protest for this Saturday at 2pm at Spire, marching to the Israeli Embassy We would like to thank all who helped mobilise for the previous two demos, and ask you to please support this action too by attending, and helping to spread the word about it.
