PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE READ THIS!!! Okay friends, testimonial time. As many of you know I have been a smoker for over 30 years. Many of you have told me over the years that I should quit. Well duh! I knew that. I had tried many times. I tried gum, pills (Chantix) cold turkey and even hypnosis. None of them worked. As you all also know, last month I had a big scare with the whole chest pain deal. Thank god there were no blockages and no heart attack. However, if I kept smoking, I would happen eventually. I was also staring COPD in the face. I did not and do not want any of this to happen let alone lung cancer! Some friends of mine were into vaping (AKA e cigs) and suggested that I give it a go. Well let me tell you, I started the day that I got out of the hospital and have not had a cigarette since! I am 32 days SMOKE FREE!!! And to be honest I dont even have any cravings. The e cig thing has come a LOOONG way from those fake looking cigarettes of just a few years ago. This has actually become a new hobby for me! It is rather fun finding different flavors and different ways to vape. It is soooo much better than smoking! I can breathe better, have more stamina I dont stink anymore ( at least not from cigarettes lol). I wish I had done this a long time ago. To my friends that smoke, I highly recommend this to you. Do some research on the subject. There are plenty of videos on Youtube and all sorts of resources out there. Please consider it. I am so happy with my decision to quit. This made it fun and easy!
