Three hundred (300) of these charts were made in the year1842 in as a result of a command of God in Habakkuk 2:2. Ellen G. White comments on it in The Great Controversy. She writes “Among these prophecies was that of Habakkuk 2:1-4: ‘I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what He will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.’” {The Great Controversy, page 392} I REALLY NEED YOUR PRAYERS AND YOUR SUPPORT – The Devil hates the book of “Revelation” that “Reveals” how “Satan deceives the whole world.” (Revelation 12:9). He doesn’t want God’s children to “Be Zealous and Repent.” (Revelation 3:19). He doesn’t want God’s children to Understand and Carry God’s Last Warning to Prepare the World for the Coming of Jesus! But that is the work of God’s last warning message. That is the work of the only book in the Bible that promises the reader, the hearer, and the keeper of the words of this prophecy a triple blessing. Revelation 1:3. Ellen G. White writes, “As early as 1842 the direction given in this prophecy to ‘write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it,’ had suggested to Charles Fitch the preparation of a prophetic chart to illustrate the visions of Daniel and the Revelation. The publication of this chart was regarded as a fulfillment of the command given by Habakkuk. No one, however, then noticed that an apparent delay in the accomplishment of the vision--a tarrying time--is presented in the same prophecy. After the disappointment, this scripture appeared very significant: The vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. . . . The just shall live by his faith. {The Great Controversy, page 392} THREE REASONS TO STUDY THE BOOK OF REVELATION AND HAVE CLASSES ON THE BOOK OF REVELATION! (1) The first reason is given by the author of the Bible, God! God says, “Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it.” Revelation 1:3 (1) E.G. White comments on what God tells us. She writes, “The book of Revelation opens with an injunction to us to understand the instruction that it contains. ‘Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy,’ God declares, ‘and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.’ When we as a people understand what this book means to us, there will be seen among us A GREAT REVIVAL. We do not understand fully the lessons that it teaches, notwithstanding the injunction given us to search and study it.” {Testimony to Ministers, page 113} E. G. White. Please PRAY for our Revelation Sabbath School Class (2) The most translated American author that ever live, E.G. White wrote, “When the books of Daniel and Revelation are better understood, believers will have an entirely different religious experience. The Lord will bless all who will seek humbly and meekly to understand that which is revealed in the Revelation.” Read Revelation in connection with Daniel. Teach these things.” (Testimony to Ministers, page 114} (3) “As we near the close of this worlds history, the prophecies relating to the last days especially demand our study. The last book of the New Testament scriptures is full of truth that we need to understand. Satan has BLINDED the minds of many, so that they have been glad of any excuse for not making the Revelation their study.” Christ Object Lessons, page 133 by E.G. White. That is not what I say that came from the author of Steps to Christ which is translated into over 150 languages and has a current circulation of over 100,000,000 copies. Could Satan have blinded my eyes and your eyes? Could he have blinded the minds of ministers as well? Pray that God will open any minds that Satan has blinded. Please Pray for the growth of the class and that we might have the GREAT REVIVAL that God showed E.G. White would be the result of studying that book.
