It is a general ruled, that students & faculty should have representative to the school trustees; 2. It is rules, that before any tuition fee increases students & faculty should participated in the deliberations and decision making processes; 3. It is further rules, that students and faculty should also represented in deliberations and decision making processes in the formulation of rules & regulations in the school; 4. Furthermore, it is a ruled that all stakeholders should be consulted in decisions made by the school officials; 5. Finally, in the case of PLMar any tuition fee increases should have a Resolution from the City Council approving the said increases. And a mandatory conduct for a public consultation and/or public hearing before the proposed resolution be passed. Education should be empowering, enhance critical & dynamic thinking and NOT to create a person of mechanical and/or robotic mindset. JOIN the PUSH for Change
