PLEASE READ AND SHARE THIS IS OFFICIAL TROPICAL STORM HAGUPIT December 3, 2014 PAGASA Forecast Scenarios Projected 1. Scenario 1 =Will make landfall in Eastern Visayas - 150-175Kph max sustained winds before landfall. - Possible occurrence of storm surge with 3 to 4 meters high. - Moderate to intense rains with to the affected areas-track of Tropical Storm Hagupit. 2. Scenario 2 =Will recurve to the north towards Southern Japan and will not make landfall. -Moderate to occasionally heavy rains (5-15mm/hr) over eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas. -Possible Flash floods in Low lying areas and landslide in mountainous areas. -Coastal water along the eastern seaboard of Luzon and Visayas will be rough and dangerous to all sea vessels. 3. Scenario 3 =Will make landfall and move towards North-North West-Luzon (least probability) -Moderate to occasionally heavy rains over Luzon (Northern, Central, and NCR) may cause flooding and landslide.
