Remember that enrollment for the National Identification Number (NIN) and issuance of your first e-ID Card is FREE. For those who have enrolled, we urge you to be patient and continue to support the commission, change of this magnitude has never been easy. Recall that the project is in phases, the cards phase was launched on 28 August 2014, delays in the card issuance across the states is only because we want to get it right and to meet your expectations.
