I cannot stress this enough that when YOUR time comes you will be called. There are thousands of people competing for that BOOKING, so make sure you stand out in every way possible. Study your market, research casting directors, establish a marketing plan with your agent and manager. If you dont do this, you will eventually pull your hair out. DONT WAIT for an agency to call you, be assertive and aggressive. FEED information back to your manager and agents regarding pilots, films, and castings you hear about... AND if they dont move TO THE SOUND of a marketing drum...then drop em ONLY LISTEN TO THE PPL THAT HAVE A PLAN FOR YOUR CAREER...AS FOR ME... When I take on any client, I always have a BLUEPRINT of success in mind. BUT, you must be patient, have faith in ME, and believe in yourself. You must not compare previous negative situations with a new one. AND MOST IMPORTANT...BE VERY HONEST WITH YOUR HEART and the person that is working your career. Withholding information from your manager or agent or PR person can be harmful to the growth of your success with them.
