The mans name was Representative Donald Kennard out of East Baton Rouge Parish. He was a democrat that became affliated with ALEC IN 1992 (if you dont know who they are you better look them up). Then he changed to republican in 1994. In 1995, he author the 85% law in the LA legislature which basically did away with the Good time laws-leaving many in prison for life without the possibility of ever going home. His reward, in 2003 he became ALECs national chairman. Damn this is deep. How far does the rabbit hole go?!?!?!? AGAIN, I SAY THIS YEAR IS ABUT FREEDOM FOR ME AND MINE.
