********** PLEASE READ********* I am ssssssssooooooo frustrated with my internet provider well actually the WI-FI connection, its running slow, its saying can not pull up page, I go to Netflix & it takes 4 EVER to start my show that I want to watch & then when the show FINALLY gets on its way, IT STOPS & starts to BUFFER AGAIN!!! I call NETGEAR since it is there device that provides the WI-FI thinking maybe JUST maybe I may need to purchase a NEW router, instead they can not assist at all & tell me to call my service provider who of course is closed & I also attempted yesterday & once again they were closed. IF ANYONE has experienced this problem with EXEDE/WILDBLUE PPPLLLLEEEEAAAASSSSEEEE give me some advice on what I may need to do or if you have some TROUBLE-SHOOTING SKILLZ on this kind of stuff AGAIN PPPPLLLLEEEAAASSSSEEEE HELP ME!!! THANK YOU N ADVANCE!!!!
