*** PLEASE READ *** We really shouldnt have to say this, but having looked at a few comments on some of yesterdays posts made us do otherwise. Guys (and gals), this is or should be a place for drummers to have fun and support each other, not a bashing arena. Some of yesterdays comments were really abusive and disrespectful towards the respective kit owners. True, FB is a place of self-expression and free speech and all that, but we also live in a civilized world; and drummers should stick together anyway. Lets not ruin our reputation of being the most united musicians. Theres a big difference between saying Your kit sucks - learn to play guitar! and Not my type of kit - Id do [this and that] differently. We HATE playing FB cops, but had to apply the hammer yesterday - and from now on well monitor comments much more closely. Come on, its really not that hard... If you dont like a kit, just leave constructive criticism, think about the kit owner and how you can help them become better drummers. Not everyone is a pro and even if we were/are, we can still learn a lot from each other. Deal? :)
