PLEASE READ – We hear people say regularly that everybody in the church is not saved and that may very well be true. Everybody in the church may not have the same personality either, demeanor or spirit, but we all make up the body. “Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ” – 1 Corinthians 12:12 Folks may not act like we act, think like we think, know what we know or praise like we praise. The differences don’t mean we are right and they are wrong, it means we are in different places on our Christian journey. We are no better. God loves us all! When we pick out all the things that everybody else is doing, we are losing focus because we are taking our eyes off the prize; Jesus. We really need to be worried about ourselves because we all sin and fall short of the glory of God. Keeping it real – we are really being judgmental. Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you” – Matthew 7:1-2 In closing, if we love like the Bible says we should the other things will line up accordingly! “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs” – 1 Corinthians 13:4-5 Let’s continue to strive for perfection and do self-examinations on our own walks.
