PLEASE READ‼️❤️❤️❤️As we waited in the line of McDonalds, here in Oxford, on one FINE PURE Michigan day, we approached the speaker,I ordered ( and because I dont eat MCD normally- except the tea- we are talking two orders for my 2 kids at home) , then my daughter wanted to change her order. So I quickly did so, and then, heard a horrific sound.... ❗️It sounded as if someone was screaming‼️ thought there had been an accident or something HORRIBLE had happened! I turned around ( my window still open) and saw a woman HANGING out her window in the car directly, behind mine, her arms thrashing, screaming every bloody cuss word that was available in her teeny tiny brain.... ( scarecrow song from the Wizard of Oz came flashing into my head, If I only had a brain ) She would not stop ‼️Her LOUD obnoxious voice got louder, and her heartless cuss words intensified, I looked at her and thought what a JERK , but instead of bending to my sinful side which wanted to give her the bird , ( mind you Ive never given anybody the bird- but today I WAS tempted! ) I pulled up to the window to pay, the McDonalds workers were literally hanging out the window, all employees looking at this lady young and at us because she somehow thought two orders was too much and she was in a hurry ‼️ So I asked to pay for her meals. The staff stared in SHOCK‼️, Are you sure? why would you do that? , they were stunned... I said, please give her a message to go with her free food, tell her that JESUS loves her‼️ The lady zoooomed past me as I pulled into my neighborhood, Im sure she was embarrassed, she turned her head away from me as she passed, as if she didnt want to meet my eyes! Well this story is one if thousands of stories of the mentality I have found here in Michigan! I just want to pack up and GO HOME on most days! Home to Tennessee , where my moms family is in Nashville, and my aunt Pat cooks fried okra, and grits and amazing fried chicken, and makes you feel cozy. Home to Oklahoma, Crossings Community Church, the best church on planet EARTH, and OKC( where my best friends) and HOME to Dallas where my college roomies and Theta sisters are, HOME to Hawaii and California where my Nerium sister friends are located, HOME to Colorado, ( Woodman Valley Chapel) where I found some of the kindest people on earth. I have to remind my tender heart, that HOME is really only with Christ, after our journey here on earth is finished‼️ Until then Ill bite my tongue some more and pray for LONG vacations out of this area!
