Please see the details below: You are invited to attend a talk by Bool Smuts, environmentalist, project manager, fundraiser, farmer, medical doctor and Director of the Landmark Foundation, give a talk entitled “The Trapping Truth – Leopards, People, Everything… The story of our interactions with local leopards. He will address the story of conservation in the Western Cape (and further afield), and through the Landmark Foundation’s work with leopards in the Cape, will relay a call to action by ordinary citizens and how they can get involved in saving this charismatic species from the brink of local extinction. The talk will be at the Knysna Bowling Club in Rawson Street at 6.30 on Friday 23rd August. R60,00 per person includes the talk and snacks on arrival. There will be a cash bar.
