CNC MACHINIST - 2ND SHIFT Must have 3-5 years minimum set-up and operational experience on CNC Punch Press Machines. Must be able to read Blue Prints & use Micrometers, Calipers and Comparator. Personal tools required. NUT FORM SET UP OPERATOR 2nd Shift. Must have 3-5 years minimum set-up and operational experience on a National Cold Nut Former. Must be able to read Blue Prints & use Micrometers, Calipers and Comparator. Personal tools required. PRESS SET UP PERSON - 2ND SHIFT Must have 3-5 years minimum set-up experience on Maypress Machines forming Inconel, Waspaloy & A286 materials. Must be able to read Blue Prints & use Micrometers, Calipers and Comparator. Personal tools required. TAPPING SET UP OPERATOR A 1st & 2nd Shift. Must have 3-5 years minimum set-up and operational experience on automated Tapping machines. Must be able to read Blue Prints & use Micrometers, Calipers and Comparator. Good mathematical skills and personal tools required. PLATER A, AND PROCESSOR A 1st Shift. Knowledge in the requirements of electro-plating, chemical processes, solid film lubricant application, and mechanical deburring for aerospace applications. Requires self starter, interpretation of specifications and work instructions, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. NDT LEVEL II 2nd Shift. Must have thorough understanding of Magnetic Particle & Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection processes. PUNCH PRESS OPERATOR / ASSEMBLY Must have 3-5 years minimum set-up and operational experience on a punch press and capable of mechanical assembly. UNIT COORDINATOR 1st Shift. Knowledgeable in the requirements of electro-plating, chemical processes, and mechanical deburring for aerospace applications. The candidate shall assist supervisor and Lead Coordinator in scheduling and hands on processing as needed. TRAINEE POSITIONS AVAILABLE Willing to train individuals with general metal working experience, machine operating experience, good blueprint reading and measuring tool usage skills. CNC MACHINIST Must have 3-5 years minimum set-up and operational experience on CNC Lathe. Exotic hard Metal experience preferred. EDM MACHINIST 2nd Shift. Must have 3-5 years minimum experience. Program, set up and run wire EDM machines, including Agies, Mitsubishi and Sinker EDM. COLD & HOT HEADER SET-UP OPERATORS 1st & 2nd Shift. Must have 3-5 years experience. PROGRESSIVE DIE SET-UP OPERATOR 1st & 2nd Shift. Must have 2-5 years experience. PROGRESSIVE DIE-TOOL & DIE MAKER 1st & 2nd Shift. Must have 2-5 years experience. GANG CHANNEL SET-UP & ASSEMBLY OPERATORS 1st & 2nd Shift. Must have minimum 1-3 years set-up experience on pierce, bend, lance and roll form Operations, including die and press experience. TOOL & DIE MAKER 2nd Shift. Must have 3-5 years minimum experience. Analyzes specifications, grind/fabricate and repairs metalworking dies, cutting tools, jigs and fixtures. Experienced in carbide material, Headers & Nutformers. All positions listed above require the ability to read Blue Prints, use Micrometers, Calipers and Comparator. Personal tools required.
