PLEASE SHARE: Has anyone had their website against a bank taken down by the website builder for infringement or copyright after more than 3 years? I have never heard of such a thing! I know of hundreds of homeowners fighting the banks with the banks name on it and the banks cannot touch them. The banks are only able to persuade them to remove the website if there is a settlement or if the homeowner willingly just decides to remove it themselves. One of our anti-Bank of America fraud fighters (Isabel Santamaria) was a victim of this malicious scheme perpetrated against her and her husband who are currently fighting #BankOfAmerica, #UrbanLendingSolutions and #CarlisleandGallagher in court. Their website EcheverriavsBankofAmerica was taken down without warning after an email by the website builder Vista Print was sent telling them about their request for cancellation. They had never requested the website to be cancelled. At first, they even thought the email was a spoof email but decided to call and were horrified to find out what was really going on. They no longer had access to their website which took many years and hours to create. Their website was marked as fraudulent due to infringement. This is ridiculous! Other than the name Bank of America being used everywhere in news articles, Twitter, Facebook, and other websites as well, these homeowners were the only ones targeted for this BOGUS excuse because they are a threat due to the contents of their website exposing the truth about these fraudsters collectively and the fraud that was also committed against the in previous litigation.
