Hi everyone, if you have tried to call in the last couple of days on either the land line or mobile number and havent been able to get through, can we apologise on behalf of Vodafone. We switched our services to Vodafone in July and have regretted it ever since, the mast that covers the north east is faulty and this has resulted in our phone lines not being active for the past two days as well as every other Vodafone customer in the north east, Any one thinking of joining Vodafone as a new customer we would strongly advise that you do not as the service is terrible at best, Please note that our phone lines are now fully operational again and we are ready to take your calls if you require an appointment thanks Amy.
