PLEASE SHARE Ok so here is the story, ebpd give me careless driving ticket for not making eye contact?????? Call ebpd Non- emergency 732- 390-6900, ask them whats up.....tell em put the phone down and PICK UP A CONSTITUTION Ok, so heres what happened I was driving down the road and I saw a police officer on the phone and all I did was very safely make a little hand gesture, with my free hand...., like a telephone to inform him to get off the phone I did nothing unsafe or reckless or careless....... So the police officer and I drove down the road past a green traffic light for about a mile, we came upon a red traffic light and he decided to pull up next to me rolled down his window and escalate things.......... I dont know why he did this, he said something like whats your problem man, as if I was doing something wrong...? I flipped up my motorcycle helmet and said why are above the law?,...... he responded with something like I am allowed to use my cell phone because Im on an investigation or something like that......then the light turned green and I started to pull away and he put his lights on and pulled me over for apparently no reason but to continue this dumb conversation........ Before I could get my cell phone video recording he threatened to put me in handcuffs and took my license and registration with a threat of some statute I didnt know....... Clearly I was a little heated because of all this, I didnt even know why I was being pulled over. Im sorry because I was a little nervous taking this video....
