He and his fellow group members consisting of all the clerical job workers start the looking out process for people with difficulties and as soon as you approach them, they just show you the harsh way of bribe and avail facility. so i went to this guy and suddenly he pops out the latest i-phone and from the second pocket a Samsung note-2, now with this a little surprised as to how did a clerk that too of a govt office manage to buy 2 of these most expensive cellphones in the market, hiss appearance seemed to be very good, in fact wearing better clothes and shoes than mine! (If i assume, the govt doesnt pay so much, at least to the clerks). when i asked him for the form, he just nodded and asked me to come tomorrow, reason being that im too late for the job! (the timings are 10:00- 12:00) and i was there at 11:30. i literally was on my knees and begging of him for the form, but this chap asked me to go to the washroom and wait!. after 2-3 mins, he comes upto me and says 2000 lagega! paise de aur leja .. SHOCKED!!.. mummbling i told him that i dont have the money, and his answer followed fir to pure hafte mat dikhna yahan.
