PLEASE SHARE: WERE ONLY HALF WAY THERE! CAN YOU HELP US FILL OUR SHELVES? There are only four days left to our annual Christmas Food and Donation Drive, and we still have some completely bare, and half bare shelves that really need to be filled by the time its over. Heavenly Creatures has four food storage shelves, and one food storage closet, at our office that we use for our supplies. Were only about half full, and thats not going to get us through most of next year - we rely heavily on this food and litter to get us through the year, as we get so little donated at other times. With 80-100 cats in our care at any given time, we go through food and litter like its water. Last year we went into January with overflowing shelves, and MOST OF IT WAS GONE this time last week. If you can afford to, please rember to spare a few dollars to pick up something for a homeless animal when youre shopping this weekend. WHERE: Heavenly Creatures is located at 3-7 Cashin Avenue, which is a strip mall that is on the corner or Mundy Pond Rd. HOURS: Were open tonight (Friday) until 9 p.m., tomorrow and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m., and Monday and Tues. from six p.m. to nine p.m. OUR BIGGEST NEEDS: *** If you cant get out to pick up the stuff, you can send an E-Transfer to [email protected] **** Gift cards for pet stores, Walmart, grocery stors, or Canadian Tire - anywhere we can get pet supplies - gratefully accepted. 1. Wet cat food (any brands besides Special Kitty, or No Name): We could really use more Meow Mix Cups, Fancy Feast, Whiskas, Presidents Choice, and Our Compliments, and Friskies. 2. Scoopable Cat Litter - any brand, as long as its scoopable. Wed kill for the Costco stuff just because the boxes are fifty pounds, so they last longer. 3.
