PLEASE TAKE TIME TO TAKE THE SURVEY OF OUR SCHOOL - Completely anonymous _____________________________________________________ With new funding from the state provided by the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), the district is required to create a new three-year plan, the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). The idea with “local control” is that the district can better decide how to spend state funds rather than the state dictating how the funds will be spent. To create the plan, the district must collect information from all its “stakeholders”—parents, students, teachers and staff. This survey is an opportunity for you to help the district by sharing your opinions. Your opinions are important, and the schools’ staffs are interested in hearing them. We are particularly interested in your thoughts on each schools efforts to promote academic success and well-being for every student, regardless of their race, ethnicity, disability, or other characteristics. The surveys are anonymous, but you are asked to complete a survey for each school that your children attends.
