Depending on the individualized needs of our clients, services range from connecting them to a HIV doctor, counseling, support groups, food assistance meal programs, HIV testing partners and family members, assistance with benefits, and financial support. Our case managers also ensure our HIV positive clients follow their plan of care, and often drive their clients to doctors appointments, health counseling sessions, and other appointments. Approximately 75% of our HIV positive clients do not have their own car and many of our case managers use their own personal vehicles to transport our clients, none of which are wheelchair accessible. This car would help those who have an added physical handicap and allow us to expand our outreach to rural areas of Oahu, so we can provide services to our HIV positive clients at their homes or anywhere they feel comfortable. https://carsforgood/app_live/day_view.php#ad-image-0
