All the posts Ive been seeing and periodically posting about Horse abuse, slaughter and the destruction of the American Wild Horse, ( so that now there are very few left), becomes more and more important. Do people realize the bond we have with these sacred beings? That we have literally rode their backs to loved ones over thousands of years, sacrificed their lives in battles and used them to build our great cities... These creatures have been in service as alleys to humanity since the start and have NOT been honored for all they have given us. 100,000 thousands of horses are cruelly slaughtered here and in Canada for foreign meat trade, dog food, and glue. Most were once someones pets or property then once used up are sold to die. Not to mention the 10,000 of thousands of wild horses driven off cliffs in the west and south west so as not to disturb farm and cattle lands ( which they dont) . Its a deep problem, as we all know one of many, but signing petitions, using social media for social action, filming and sharing information, contacting legislatures, all help!!! We are all one person and we sometimes feel overwhelmed but... If we all said, today I can do this ONE thing... EVERYTHING would change...
