PLEASE people, especially in public relations/service etc. when you are serving a Deaf person and that Deaf person is talking to you, if they have an interpreter.........DO NOT only talk to and look at the Interpreter...... Look at the Deaf person when your talking to them, do not act like they dont even exist! So frustrating! Even AFTER I explained this nicely to the MANAGER (signed of course and Melissa interpreted for me) of Denny he STILL kept looking at Melissa Van Fossen even though I was the one addressing him! Good lord Mr. Manager I thought I was the Deaf one there!! You didnt see/hear a friggin word I kindly said to you to educate you a little!
