PLEASE stop encouraging these fools! You people have NO IDEA of what youre talking about! 30 days, MAYBE, if they had had permission to live there in the first place. Pam asked, almost three years ago, if she could stay there for a few weeks... until she could find another place. Theres a BIG difference between a few years and a few weeks, people! Ryan NEVER asked. EVER. He just moved in. Pam lived with Patty last winter for a couple of months, while it was cold, and then sneaked back into the house without permission, again. With permission, you might, MIGHT, have thirty days. But sneaking onto someones property and setting up house is called... TRESPASSING. Hence, the three days. Pam hasnt paid for ANY of the utilities like she promised, and Ryan never intended to help either. My dad is retired and on a fixed income and could no longer afford to pay the way for two freeloaders. And why would my dad and I want them out? Look at the picture. This is the front (north) side of the house. The edge of that hole is OVER 5 feet from the front wall of the house! And every time that it rains, more dirt sloughs off into the crawlspace under the house. The western side of the house has about a 3 foot gap and its also eroding away. Did they happen to mention this to you? No? Somehow, I didnt doubt that. Sooo... basically, since I dont want the house to collapse on my sister and nephew, Im a... horrible, horrible person, just plain mean, a hypocrite, untrustworthy, unloving, uncaring bastard. Also, of course, youre going to be mad at me, since IM the one that exposing their lies and half-truths and making you look silly because youve been believing their crap. Oh, well. Anyways, the house isnt going to fall today, or tomorrow, probably not next month either. But, put two feet of wet, heavy snow on the roof and add heavy winds from the northwest... who knows? I, my dad, and my brother, actually care about my sister. So, if she wants a house to fall on her, she ought to put on a pointy hat and move to the Land of Oz. Spring IS coming.
