PLO LUMUMBA says Kenya can survive with corrupt executives and greedy MPs but not with a bad Judiciary (MUTUNGA).Former ant-graft boss, PLO Lumumba, has appealed to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) and the former Chief Registrar of the Judiciary, Gladys Boss Shollei, to end their continued wrangles at the Judiciary. Speaking on Sunday at ACK St. James Cathedral in Muranga Town, Lumumba noted that the impasse at Judiciary is hurting Kenya a great deal. He said the wars at Judiciary was all about corruption and that the Judiciary had become very corrupt, something that poses a great danger to Kenyans. Lumumba noted that it’s far much better to have a corrupt President and greedy MPs than to have a bad and poor Judiciary because the country will sink in impunity. “You can survive with a bad executive and greedy legislature, but a country cannot survive with a bad Judiciary”, said Lumumba. However, Lumumba blamed Kenyans for tolerating such corrupt individuals at the Judiciary, saying they should all go home both the JSC and Shollei, because none of them is clean.
