PLS advice legally, support AND HELP IS THERE ANY ONE , WHO CAN HELP THIS TELECOM ENGINEER .... THIS ENGINEER DID NOT GET ANY SALARY FROM FEB MONTH AND NO SOURCE OF INCOME. HE IS ON THE VERGE OF STARVATION....... IS THERE ANY HUMANITY IN HUMAN BEING...... IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR THIS TELECOM ENGINEER TO GET NEW JOB IN INDIA AS DUE CAREER SPOILED BY THIS PRESITIGIOUS MNC COMPANY ..... VERY MUCH KNOWN FOR FOLLOWING HSW RULES , IT IS THROWING EMPLOYEES IS LIFE IN TO DANGER BY MENTALLY HARASSMENT . THIS IS ANTI EMPLOYEE COMPANY... Dear All, one harasser at work place , left FIGHT FOR RIGHT.............. YE BATAO KI WO ENGINEER KYA KHAYE AUR APNE PARIWAR KO KYA KHILAYE is any human being will come and show humanity and support this telecom engineer? is below justified ? is indian law allowing ? how long this will be continued? is any manager has right to spoil career of any employee ? the network head of that company threatened to spoil career of that telecom engineer in 2011 and the network head fulfilled his commitment by spoiling career of that telecom engineer as network head is very retailative jealousy and biased , kind of personality. one telecom engineer (10+ years experience of related field) was working in one MNC MOBILE TELECOM OPERATOR COMPANY ( JAMMU & KASHMIR) . it has been approx 3 year to work in that company. starting one year everything was fine. one manager left the company and new manager joined. now this new manager (he was ex colleague of network head and of different profile) and network head started to harass him mentally . bosses always humilate in every meeting.he was forcefully sent in field without any cab and tools to work. . they always use abusive languages in office. they forced him to work without any team and tool and they separated him from team members. every day they were trying to humilate and insult before other team members ( they were using word like " joota maruga, laat maarunga) . they never appreciated for for any good works. this humilation and insult was every day rouitine of this manager and network head. they were not liking that engineer..he complained against them to HR but they did not support that engineer but supported manager and network head for this telecom engineer, rules were different from other employees...in this company he was also threatened to spoil career by manager and network head. that engineer also tried to approach higher management as well . no action taken against them. company admitted him ( after severe dipression) in mental hospital and he was unconcious for 5- 10 days . finally he also got admitted in private hospital for treatment and recovered but medicine was continued under psychiatric doctor. he again joined and but they (managers) continued to harass him but they took action against that engineer. on 21st feb 2013, 7-8 members of management of company attacked on him , snatched all assets and mobile connection as well and said "GET OUT FROM COMPANY" ( while working in office. I was also insulted by management and security guards as well. this type of insult of telecom engineer happened first time in industry......... but in that company hsw very hard rule but managers are throwing employees life in danger ----this is total violation of hsw rule. in this company, politics, flattery , favouritism and groupism is encouraged by managers ............at work place now, this telecom engineer is on the road and fighting for survival........he ha no money for survival of himself and his family. first company spoiled life by mental harassment, after that kick out from system by insulting..... is any manager has right to spoil career of any employee ? pls comme
