PM Narendra Modi to address election rallies in Samba and Srinagar today Srinagar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be addressing two election rallies in Jammu and Kashmir which is in the midst of the Assembly polls. As per the schedule, the first rally of Modi will be held at 12:30 pm in Jakh area of Vijaypur in Samba district. From here, the Prime Minister will head towards Srinagar where he will address the second rally of the day at 2 pm in Sher-i-Kashmir Stadium. Today’s two rallies are part of the BJP’s ambitious ‘Mission 44’ target aimed at gaining a majority in the 87-member Jammu and Kashmir Assembly.
