PM YINGLUCK SHINAWATRA should submit a ROYAL DECREE without ELECTION COMMISSION PERMISSION on Grounds that NEW ELECTION ROYAL DECREE was an EXTENSION of the POWERS provided by the Dissolution of the Parliament and ELECTION COMMISSIONS DUTY is to PROCESS the ELECTIONs of the NEW PARLIAMENT. Is it appropriate for PM YINGLUCK to ask HIS MAJESTY CROWN PRINCE MAHA VAJIRALONGKORN to PRESIDE as ROYAL OBSERVER in the COMPLETION of the ELECTION for the INSTALLATION of the NEW PARLIAMENT? Since Thailand is a CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCHY, is it within the CONSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK that HIS MAJESTY CROWN PRINCE MAHA VAJIRALONGKORN can PRESIDE as ELECTION OBSERVER and TRANSITION GUIDANCE to usher the NEW PARLIAMENT to take office and maintain STABILITY in the country?
